What is an easy way to get pit stains washed out of white shirts?

I've never been sure why, but I sweat easily, and a lot. I figured I could use bleach to get out pit stains on white shirts, but I'm worried about messing up the designs on the shirt. Anyone know any other way? What is an easy way to get pit stains washed out of white shirts?
I use ';Spray %26amp; Wash';. It always gets out all the stains we manage to get on our shirts. What is an easy way to get pit stains washed out of white shirts?
Rub a potato on dirt stains on clothing and let it sit overnight. Launder the garment in the morning.

or

Spray a light coat of WD-40 on a stain and let it sit a few minutes before washing
You could try a tide bleach pen, or you could try a mixture of baking soda and water. just mix the soda and water till it becomes a paste then put it on the stain and let it for a few minutes and wash as normal.
Spray the area with either Spray and Wash or Shout Stain remover. Scrub it in then let them set for a while then wash. Either one of these will get the stains out. Good Luck!!!
Try ';Vanish'; - great on all stains
