What cleaners/sprays are good to take out blood stains BEFORE wash?

Okay, it's that time of the month and it caught me by surprise. What sprays or solutions are good to use to take out MOST of the stain before the wash?

P.s NO BLEACH PRODUCTS! and it's on cotton underpants.

THANK YOU SO MUCHWhat cleaners/sprays are good to take out blood stains BEFORE wash?
the best thing for blood stains is Hydrogen Peroxide. Cheap and really effective. Buy it at any drug store or even the dollar store. Just pour it on the stain and watch it bubble up and voila the blood is gone. It is also a fantastic antiseptic and mouthwash(tastes terrible though)What cleaners/sprays are good to take out blood stains BEFORE wash?
cool water. Run the water and rub the cloth together under the running water until it pretty much runs clear. Wash right away or let air dry and wash on wash day.

No cleaning solutions necessary!
Hydrogen peroxide (only put it on the stain)

Spit (this seems weird, but really works. you have to rub a lot)
Spray 'n Wash.
peroxide. it'll foam up just like you poured it on a wound!
