An orange crayon went through the wash. How do I get orange stains out of my granddaughter's clothes?

Step1) Lay a terrycloth towel over the crayon stained area. Run a medium hot iron over the cloth to melt the wax and help the terrycloth absorb the material. Continue blotting out the wax by placing a clean part of the terrycloth over the stain. Once the color stops transffering and the wax is completely removed, proceed to get rid of the stains.

Step2) Use a soft brush to rub a little color safe detergent on the crayon stain. Immerse the clothes in warm soapy water for 20 minutes. Wash the clothes with warm water. Repeat if necessary.

Step3) Purchase a glue remover such as ';Goo Gone'; from a hardware store. Place the stained clothes on a thick white cloth or towel. Apply the product to one side and let stand for a few minutes. Repeat the process with the other side.

Step4 ) Try products such as ';Oxyclean'; to remove crayon stains on clothes. Spray the liquid on the area along with a little detergent and allow it to sit for 30 minutes or more depending on the severity of the stain. Rinse and dry.

Hope this helps. An orange crayon went through the wash. How do I get orange stains out of my granddaughter's clothes?
