while it's still wet, run it under either super warm, or super cold water.


use some soap and scrub a little bit.


it won't come out completely, but most of it should go away.

As soon as they get blood on them rinse them in cold water and the blood should come right out. If you let it dry on there than it probably won't come out! If they are white you can use the ultra gentle bleach - it'll take the stains out without burning holes through the fabric. Otherwise those will forever be your period panties.. or you can just throw them away.
Those are hard to get out. If they are white panties trying bleaching them. But when you do notice that you have bled through your panties try and immediate rinse them in cold water (if you can). They have a lot of sprays that help take stains out of clothes. You just spray it on and then wash them. But blood is a hard stain in general to get out.
