I have a lot of water stains from washing my car yesterday..would using windex help it or make it worse ?

I have a black Pontiac Grand Prix GT (2004)I have a lot of water stains from washing my car yesterday..would using windex help it or make it worse ?
I wouldn't use anything such as windex on such a nice car.
