That depends on what the permanent marker is on. Ethanol (also known as grain alcohol) dissolves most inks quite effectively.Can I wash a permanent marker stain after a year being on there? Formulas? Dry Cleaners?
after already being on there for a year i would say no you will not be ale to remove it , it is set in there now soaked into the fibers and not going to budge sorry to tell you that but its the truth
